OUR RESERVATION POLICY
Check-in - 14.00
Check-out - 12.00
Late check-out - between 12.00 and 18.00, with the payment of 50% of the room price.
Reservations that have not been guaranteed will be held untill 20.00, excepting the situation in which the client announces his late arrival.
The guarantee of the reservation can be made by paying in advance.
The modification or annulment of a reservation can be made with maximum 24 hours before the reservation date. If not, the first night of accommodation will be charged.
PRICE POLICY
We reserve the right to modify our prices without prior notice, excepting the services that have been already payed for.
Children under 5 years old benefit of free accommodation.
Children of 5 - 14 years old benefit of discounts ( 50% of the accommodation fee).
All prices include breakfast ( 20 RON a person) and the hotel tax.

S.C. Complex Onyx S.R.L. is a Romanian company located in Iasi, Bucium Street, no. 7, registered at the Trade Registry with the number J22-2676/1993.
S.C. Complex Onyx S.R.L. owns the "Bellaria" brand, registered at OSIM with the number M2008/003719, in april, 04, 2008.
